Area reports currently are distributed monthly to each chapter's Membership Enhancement representative and/or Chapter Director. To change the recipient of that information for your chapter, please contact the District Membership Enhancement Coordinators.
TENNESSEE DISTRICT QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER CONTEST RULES
For the monthly newsletter of a Chapter to be considered, a hard copy must be mailed to the Tennessee Membership Enhancement Coordinators and meet all other requirements. See the complete rules.
The winning entry recognized by the Tennessee District for the 4th Quarter of 2009 is Chapter TN-O.
REGION N QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER CONTEST RULES
Each quarter the single winning newsletter from the Tennessee District will be forwarded to the Region N Membership Enhancement Coordinators to be entered into the Region N Newsletter Contest. The score sheet used by the Tennessee District MEC is the same as used by the Region N MEC for scoring.
The winning entry recognized by Region N is announced at events by the Region MEC throughout the region on a quarterly basis--see their contact information on the Region N web site.
The winning entry recognized by Region N for the 4th Quarter of 2009 is Chapter TN-O.
NATIONAL MONTHLY NEWSLETTER CONTEST RULES
For the monthly newsletter of a Chapter to be considered, copies must be submitted directly to two individuals on the National Staff and meet all other requirements. See the complete rules.
The most recent monthly winners are posted each quarter on the National web site.

To change GWRRA chapter affiliation on the National Area Report, to change Gold Book information, or to renew GWRRA membership call 800-843-9460. Office Hours for GWRRA National are 6:30am - 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time Monday - Thursday.

TN COUPLES OF THE YEAR VISITATION PLAQUE
Rules for the Tennessee Couple of the Year Visitation Plaque for 2010 are somewhat different than last year. The new plaque was introduced at the Couple of the Year Seminar at the 2009 Winter Event. See rules. See location.
TN COUPLES HONORED IN DISTRICT NEWSLETTER
As a standard feature of the District Newsletter, two Chapter Couples selected from the current Class of 2009 Chapter Couple of Year will be honored by placing a short biography of them containing their joys, their achievements, their histories and their love for our organization.
