Area reports currently are distributed monthly to each chapter's Membership Enhancement representative and/or Chapter Director. To change the recipient of that information for your chapter, please contact the District MED.

QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER CONTEST RULES

TN COUPLES OF THE YEAR VISITATION PLAQUE
Rules for the Tennessee Couple of the Year Visitation Plaque were announced at the Couple of the Year seminar during the District Winter Event "Cupids Capers" on February 2, 2008. See rules. See location.

TN COUPLES HONORED IN DISTRICT NEWSLETTER
As a standard feature of the District Newsletter, two Chapter Couples selected from the current Class of 2008 Chapter Couple of Year will be honored by placing a short biography of them containing their joys, their achievements, their histories and their love for our organization.

COUPLE OF THE YEAR MANUAL
In November 2007, the policies for selecting GWRRA Couples of the Year were revised. This manual describes the process whereby couples are selected at all levels. For couples seeking to participate in the selection process at the District level and beyond, this manual provides the necessary rules to follow through each step of the process.
